Question: I have problems with the registration. Why did I not receive the confirmation email?
Answer: Please use the resubmit registration functionality. at the login form to have the mail sent to you again. If this fails again, try re-submitting with another email address in case the spam filter of your email account prevents the confirmation mail from being delivered. If you are using a Web.de email account for example, make sure to check for spam folder.

Question: I have problems with the registration. Why does the activation link I received in the confirmation email not work?
Answer: Your account might already have been activated earlier. Please try to login with your credentials. If this does not work, use the resubmit registration functionality or the set back your password functionality at the login form.

Question: I have forgotten my credentials for the account. Could you please set it back?
Answer: We do not have access to your password. Please use the set back your password functionality at the login form.
